Although I retain the copyright of the work, the following outlines the uses to which the material may be put:

 

POEMS

 

What is allowed:

• all poems and books are free to read and download for personal use
• all poems and books are free to take along to workshops or readings or literary groups, etc
• all poems and books are free to circulate to friends or to share on social media
• it is free to present excerpts from the poems and books
• it is free to include up to fifteen poems in any one issue of a magazine
• it is free to include up to fifteen poems in any one book / anthology
• it is free to include up to fifteen poems on any one website at one time
• it is free to make YouTube videos based on the poems or to construct social media material
• if you use a poem, please ensure that I am always identified as the author

 What is not allowed:

• to attach the poems to, or use them in, advertising of any sort
• to modify the poems in any way
• to print the poems collected as a book to be sold
• to use the poems in any racist, pornographic, defamatory, violent, hateful, or otherwise derogatory or illegal material
• to charge for the poems or sell them in any way other than as part of a magazine or book / anthology as outlined above
• to use the poem without identifying me as the author

• the play is free to read and download for personal use
• it is free to take the play along to workshops or readings or literary groups, etc
• it is free to present excerpts from the play
• it is free to circulate to friends or to share on social media
• if you use the play, please ensure that I am identified as the author

 What is not allowed:

• to attach the play to, or use it in, advertising of any sort
• to modify the play in any way
• to print the play as a book to be sold
• to use the play or part of the play in any racist, pornographic, defamatory, violent, hateful, or otherwise derogatory or illegal material
• to charge for a copy of the play or sell it in any way

• normal YouTube terms and restrictions apply
• they are free to watch and share via social media
• they are free to embed on other websites
• feel free to make your own YouTube videos based on any of my poetry
• if you make such a video, please ensure that I am identified as the author of the poem
